Build the app right the first time.
An MVP built too fast gets rebuilt at the worst possible moment, usually right before the raise. We build it to hold.
30 minutes, no strings. Answer within 24h.
What we find every single time.
- The freelancer is gone. Nobody knows how the project is deployed.
- It works with twenty users. At two thousand, it falls over.
- Every new feature breaks an old one.
- Technical due diligence is coming and you do not know what it will find.
We scope, we build, you see it move.
- 01
We scope
One day to decide what ships in v1 and what waits. Half of what you planned can wait.
- 02
We build
A stack we stand behind, reviewed code, automated deploys. The code is yours, not ours.
- 03
We ship as we go
A testable version in the first weeks. No big reveal at the end where we all discover the result together.
- 04
We stay around
After launch we fix, we adjust, and we prepare what comes next with you.
Who we do this for.
- Founders launching a product from zero.
- Agencies who sold an app and do not have the team to build it.
- Start-ups with a shaky MVP and a raise ahead of them.
If the only criterion is cheapest possible, we are not it. We build things that hold, and that is paid once.
QLLO: from an idea to the stores in four months.
QLLO
A delivery and ride-hailing super-app, shipped to both stores in four months on a tight budget. It is in production, and still maintained.
You can walk away whenever you want, with everything.
- The code is yours, in your repository, at every step.
- Documentation moves with the code, not six months later.
- A standard stack any team can pick up.
- Hosting and accounts are in your name.
We do not build dependency. The day you stop working with us, nothing stops on your side.
The questions that come up on every first call.
- Four months is long. We have competitors.
- Four months for a super-app on both stores. What takes the time is not writing the code: it is deciding what will not be in the V1. We start there, and that is what holds the deadline.
- We have less budget than a typical agency asks for.
- Say so on the first call, with a range. If it cannot be done, we say so straight away — we prefer that to a quote padded with a safety margin you would pay without knowing.
- What if we have to pivot in six months?
- That is the starting assumption, not the accident. The work is split so that changing the model does not mean starting over. It is the one thing we refuse to negotiate on an MVP.
- Who owns the code, and who can pick it up?
- You do, and any team can. No in-house framework, no proprietary tool you would depend on to ship.
The scoping day.
Scoping day
The V1 scope, what is explicitly out of it, the target architecture and a schedule. The document stays usable if you go and have it built elsewhere.
One day, with your decision makers
The budget is scoped on the thirty-minute call before it.
Tell me what you want to launch.
We look at the scope, what is risky inside it, and where to start to ship fast without breaking things.
